ClearPath's Feedback Appreciation Drawing

ClearPath is hosting a Feedback Appreciation Drawing to encourage and thank individuals who share their honest feedback about our services.

Eligibility:

The drawing is open to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Are in good standing with ClearPath
• No outstanding/unpaid invoices

Employees of ClearPath and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Entry Period:

Eligible entries must be received between February 25 and April 16 at 11:59 PM (CST).

How to Enter:

Individuals may enter by submitting honest feedback via a Google review during the entry period.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

A positive review is not required to enter or win. ClearPath values honest feedback regardless of rating.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a complimentary 2026 tax return preparation service, up to a maximum value of $750.

If the value of services exceeds $750, the winner is responsible for the difference.
The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected at random on April 20 and notified by April 22.
If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions:

• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
• The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.
• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Google.
• ClearPath reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion if necessary to maintain fairness or compliance.
