Your advisor will remain engaged throughout this process to ensure a smooth, seamless transition. All services will continue to operate just as they previously have. 

As part of combining our practices, client files will be transferred to ClearPath. You will receive instructions on how to confirm your approval of this transfer. If we do not receive a response within 90 days of the notification letter, your file will be transferred automatically, though written confirmation is greatly appreciated.
